Habic: Nature at Your Doorstep

MANDATE

We were tasked with developing the visual identity and strategy for the Habic housing development, situated in the picturesque Bic region of Quebec, Canada. The name "Habic" cleverly combines the French words "Habite" (meaning "to live") and "Bic," reflecting the region's name. Our mission was to align the brand with the developer's commitment to preservation, eco-construction, and addressing the local housing crisis.

Our approach focused on creating a brand that is both accessible and engaging, embodying a close connection to nature. The visual identity we developed is designed to be not only a point of pride for residents but also something they would be excited to showcase. Given the region's renowned natural beauty and abundance of outdoor activities, our brand captures the essence of living harmoniously with the environment.

ABOUT

Habic is an initiative spearheaded by Miguel Perreault and his team at Appartements Rimouski, aimed at developing 400 residential units for families in the Bic region of Quebec. This project is designed to provide high-quality, eco-friendly housing solutions while addressing the growing need for family homes in the area.
